• Quote request form: name, phone number, email address, project description, and any other details you choose to share.
• Direct contact: if you call, text, or email us, the contents of that communication and any contact details you share.

Information collected automatically

• Usage data: pages visited, time on page, referrer, approximate location (city / region), device type, browser type. Collected via Google Analytics.
• Cookies and similar technologies: small data files stored on your device that help us understand site usage and measure advertising performance. You can disable cookies in your browser settings.
• Advertising identifiers: when you arrive from a Google or Meta (Facebook / Instagram) ad, we receive an identifier that lets us measure ad performance.

2. How we use your information

• To respond to your quote requests and provide painting services you've asked about.
• To schedule on-site visits, communicate timelines, and send invoices.
• To follow up about your project and request feedback.
• To measure how visitors find and interact with our website, and to improve our service offerings.
• To measure the effectiveness of our advertising and to deliver more relevant ads.
• To comply with applicable laws and respond to lawful requests.

3. Who we share your information with

We do not sell your personal information. We share limited information only with service providers who help us operate our business:

• Formspree (form submission delivery) — receives your quote form data and forwards it to our internal email.
• Google Firebase (database) — securely stores customer and project records used by our internal team.
• Google Analytics & Google Ads — receives aggregated usage and conversion data, plus hashed (one-way SHA-256 encrypted) versions of your email, phone number, and name when you submit a quote form. The hashing happens in your browser before the data is sent — Google does not receive plain-text personal information from us. This is used to improve advertising attribution accuracy under Google's Enhanced Conversions feature.
• Meta (Facebook / Instagram) — receives aggregated conversion events to measure ad performance and build look-alike audiences.
• Hostinger — our website host.

Each provider is bound by their own privacy terms and processes data on our behalf under contract.

4. Cookies and ad tracking

Our website uses cookies and similar technologies for analytics and advertising measurement. You can control or block these via your browser settings. Disabling cookies may affect how the site functions.

5. How long we keep your information

We retain quote requests and customer records for as long as is reasonably necessary to provide our services and meet legal, tax, and accounting obligations — typically up to seven years after the last interaction. You can request earlier deletion at any time (see Section 7).

We use industry-standard safeguards including HTTPS encryption in transit, authenticated database access, and limited internal access on a need-to-know basis. While no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, we work to ensure your information is protected appropriately for its sensitivity.

7. Your rights

Under PIPEDA you have the right to:

• Access the personal information we hold about you.
• Request correction of inaccurate information.
• Request deletion of your information, subject to legal retention obligations.
• Withdraw consent for marketing communications at any time.
• Make a complaint to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.

8. Children's privacy

Our services are intended for adult homeowners and property managers. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has provided us information, please contact us and we will delete it.
